Eyes Now accepts all major medical and vision insurances. If you don’t see your plan on the list or are unsure what your plan is, please give us a call.
Vision Insurance
Vision insurance generally covers one eye exam per year and includes generous benefits to be used towards frames, lenses, and contact lenses. The frame, lens, and contact lens benefits do not roll over, so it’s important to take advantage of these benefits annually before they expire.
Medical Insurance
Eyes Now accepts all major medical insurance plans. Medical insurance will cover routine eye exams and specialized testing if you have a pre-existing medical eye condition or we discover a condition during your exam and all applicable deductibles have been met. If your medical insurance plan is an HMO, we need to have a referral from your primary care provider to be able to use the plan.

I have medical insurance, but no vision insurance. Will I still be able to use any benefits?
Eyes Now accepts both medical and vision insurance. Medical insurance will cover an eye exam, provided you have a pre-existing medical eye condition that you know or we find in the exam.
I have insurance. How much will my eye exam cost?
Your total copay for an eye exam can be as little as $0, but can change depending on applicable coverage and options like contact lens fittings. Eyes Now checks both vision and medical insurance to ensure patients get the best deal possible. Please call the office so we can check your benefits and provide you with a price quote.
I don’t have insurance. How much will my eye exam cost?
Our out of pocket prices are discounted to ensure our patients without insurance get a great deal. Please contact the office so we can provide you a quote.
